A Set point is a situation in a sporting match where one of the competitors needs only one more point to win a set (or part of the match). Set points can occur in tennis or volleyball. For example, in tennis, a set point arises when the score reaches 6–5 in favor of one of the players. The same principle applies in volleyball, where a Set point indicates that a team needs a single point to close out the set.

Possible outcomes
The “Total Set Points” bet means that there will be at least as many Set Points in a match as the bettor predicts. There are three possible outcomes for such a wager:
Win: if the number of Set Points in the match equals the number predicted in the bet.
Loss: if the number of Set Points in the match is higher or lower than the figure specified in the bet.
Refund: applies if the match is officially declared void or does not take place.
