The bet “Team 1 Over 3.5” refers to the Individual Total Over market for the first (home) team, predicting that it will score more than 3.5 points during the match. This type of bet is used in team or head-to-head sports where the average number of points per team typically exceeds 10 per game — such as handball, water polo, or bandy. In volleyball, the “Team 1 Over 3.5” market applies not to the entire match, but to each individual set.
In hockey and football (soccer), the “Team 1 Over 3.5” bet is often placed on matches featuring a clear favorite and an underdog. In basketball, however, this market is less common and usually appears only in games between teams of comparable strength.

Possible outcomes
When placing a “Team 1 Over 3.5” bet, the player can expect several possible outcomes:
Win: The “Team 1 Over 3.5” bet wins if the home team finishes the match with at least 4 points more than the away team.
Example of a winning bet: In the third-place match of the Women’s European Championship, Croatia (the nominal home team) defeated Denmark 25–19 — a difference of 6 points.
Loss: The “Team 1 Over 3.5” bet loses if the match ends in a draw, if the away team wins by any score, or if the home team wins by 3 points or fewer.
Example of a losing bet: In the Women’s European Championship final, France (the nominal home team) lost to Norway 20–22. Even if Norway had been the nominal home side, the “Team 1 Over 3.5” bet still would not have won, since Norway’s margin of victory was only 2 points.
Refund: The bet is refunded only if the match is canceled or not played.
